We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).

Note: We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing is complete.

• Track your package using our carrier’s website (Royal Mail or DPD)

5. Shipping Address

• We cannot modify addresses after an order is placed
• For lost packages due to incorrect addresses, reshipment fees may apply

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

• Check with neighbors/household members
• Contact your local post office
